mDuo13 7645140477 Re-levelization: move non-docs content, rename content→docs

For better URLs, the content folder has been renamed 'docs' and all
other files have been moved up a level. Also, non-docs images have been
moved to the static folder at the top level where they belong.

Many relative paths had to be fixed to make this work.

CentOS/Red Hatでの手動更新

このページでは、CentOSまたはRed Hat Enterprise Linuxで最新リリースのrippledに手動で更新する手順を説明します。可能であれば手動更新ではなく自動更新を設定することが推奨されます。

以下の手順は、rippledがすでにyumリポジトリからインストールされていることを前提としています。

ヒント: これらの手順をすべて一度に実行するには、rippledパッケージに含まれている/opt/ripple/bin/update-rippled.shスクリプトを実行します。このスクリプトはsudoユーザーとして実行する必要があります。

手動で更新するには、以下の手順を実行します。

rippled 1.7.0にその以前のバージョンから更新する場合は、リポジトリを再度追加して、Rippleの更新されたGPGキーを取得します。それ以外の場合は、この手順をスキップしてください。

最新のrippledパッケージをダウンロードしてインストールします。
```
sudo yum update rippled
```
systemdユニットファイルを再度読み込みます。
```
sudo systemctl daemon-reload
```
rippledサービスを再起動します。
```
sudo systemctl restart rippled.service
```
