`rippled` 0.31.1 contains the following fix:
- Correctly handle ledger validations with no `LedgerSequence` field. Previous versions of `rippled` incorrectly assumed that the optional validation field would always be included. Current versions of the software always include the field, and gracefully handle its absence.
