8266b78663 fix: Rename loanBroker helpers in PR #7039 tests to current naming 
The two new tests added by PR #7039 (testBugOverpayUnroundedAmount,
testOverpaymentPreFixBranch) used the pre-rename loanBroker helpers
kMANAGEMENT_FEE_RATE / kDEBT_MAXIMUM. The wider clang-tidy cleanup on
develop renamed these to kManagementFeeRate / kDebtMaximum before the
PR was rebased.
