aa1f923306 A better fix so that every type doesn't have to have its own operator=. 
This fixes it in one place and allows many such helpers to be removed.

6f5eb015bf Fix the bug causing 'Paths' not to have a name. The implicit 'operator=' 
function obliterated the name.

e473ce8424 Support "standalone" mode (-a or --standalone) in which we do not connect 
to the network and do not close ledgers. This mode makes it much easier to
test transactions as they are only applied once to the open ledger.
