## Task 4.9: Consensus Span Attribute Gap Fill
**Status**: COMPLETE
**Objective**: Add workflow-critical attributes to consensus spans that enable operators to understand consensus outcomes, identify bow-out proposals, and correlate validations to specific ledgers.
**Attributes added**:
