Nicholas Dudfield 3a123ed3e4 style: clang-format the donor golden header and trim the tripwire allowlist 
The donor header was committed unformatted, and its capture pin pointed
at pre-reorder history; it now records c527e0a721. The allowlist carried
two entries for files that only exist on the export lineage.
