b10b0f82f6 Division rounds towards zero automatically. We don't need to do anything
special in mulRound or divRound before we divide if we're rounding towards zero.

27a7ac75de Add, subtract, multiply, and divide with specified rounding direction.
CAUTION: This is still untested and undebugged code. Only divRound
has been even slightly tested.
