Refactor Serializer, SerialIter, SHAMapItem, NodeObject:

* Make LessThan private
* Make NodeObject::isSame private
* Remove hotTRANSACTION
* Remove some Serializer members
* Remove unused SHAMapItem::getRaw
* Remove unused STLedgerEntry::getOwners
* Remove Serializer constructors
* Remove unused Serializer members
* Remove SerialIter ctor
