  * prepareCheckCreate
  * prepareCheckCash
  * prepareCheckCancel
  * preparePaymentChannelCreate
  * preparePaymentChannelFund
  * preparePaymentChannelClaim

Note that we can't update mocha to ^5.2.0 because it causes testing to hang indefinitely; this needs to be investigated.
