Pratik Mankawde 1e38859749 docs(telemetry): Document the tx.receive parent rule and new tx_status ...

The tx.receive flow chart and its notes now show tx_status written
after addJob() answers, with dropped_queue_stopping as the declined
case. The parenting table now says that tx.receive borrows the
sender's span_id only when the sender's trace_id is its own
txID-derived one.
