On this branch a ledger.acquire destroyed with no result reports outcome=abandoned, but the docs and the node-health dashboard still said aborted. Rename them, and remove the unused val::aborted constant. Also correct the acquire docs that described the older code path. Every exit writes the outcome through finalizeAcquireSpan(). The destructor also stamps failed for a trigger() failure, peer_count is absent on every span the destructor ends, and an admin fetch_info clear is a third cause of abandoned. Fix five stale code links in the runbook.
