Summary:
* Add a class SizeUnit to store frequently used consts.  Currently
  it has KB, MB, GB, TB, and PB.

* Change the parameter type of Options.writeBufferSize and Options.blockSize
  from int to long.

Test Plan:
make rocksdbjava
make jtest
