Brings develop ddbc5f1a24 in through phase-8.
develop renamed type aliases to CamelCase. Conflicts, each resolved as
this branch's code with develop's new names:
- PerfLog.h, PerfLogImp.h, PerfLogImp.cpp: microseconds, steady_clock and
steady_time_point become Microseconds, SteadyClock and SteadyTimePoint
in the jobStart/jobFinish signatures that carry the job name and in the
lock-scoped blocks.
- Job.cpp: clock_type becomes ClockType next to getName().
- PeerImp.cpp: uint256 becomes UInt256 next to the attempted counter.
Files that merged cleanly but still used removed names:
- DatabaseConfig_test.cpp, nodestore Backend.cpp: XorShiftEngine.
- TMGetObjectByHash_test.cpp: HttpRequestType, Peer::ID, and CamelCase
names for its four local aliases.
