develop renamed CamelCase namespaces to snake_case with no compatibility
aliases, so lines this branch added still referenced the old names. The
merge was textually clean because develop never touched those lines, which
left the breakage invisible to git and visible only at compile time.

file already used the lowercase form)
Two further merge artifacts:
json_value.h develop added `using value_type = Value const` to
ValueConstIterator, and this branch had added
`using value_type = Value` for the same reason, so the merge
kept both and they redefined the alias with different types.
Keep develop's const-qualified type -- correct for an
iterator whose reference is `Value const&` -- and keep only
this branch's iterator_category addition.
InboundLedger.h <string> is no longer used directly by the header, but
five translation units that include it use std::string
without including <string> themselves. Mark it
`IWYU pragma: keep` rather than remove it, matching
suite_list.h.
json::ValueConstIterator and ValueIterator declared difference_type,
reference and pointer but not value_type or iterator_category. Under
C++23, std::iterator_traits then classifies them as output iterators,
so std::all_of over a Value's members (isValidJson2 in RPCCall.cpp)
fails to instantiate on GCC 13/14 with:
cannot convert 'output_iterator_tag' to 'std::input_iterator_tag'
GCC 15 masks this via LWG-3798/P2609, but the perf CI image ships
GCC 13, so the source needs the traits regardless. The iterators wrap
a std::map iterator (++/-- only), so the category is bidirectional.
Add value_type + iterator_category to both iterators, include <iterator>,
and add a regression test asserting the traits and that std::all_of /
std::count_if compile and run over Value members.

This change renames all occurrences of `namespace ripple` and `ripple::` to `namespace xrpl` and `xrpl::`, respectively, as well as the names of test suites. It also provides a script to allow developers to replicate the changes in their local branch or fork to avoid conflicts.

This change fixes JSON parsing of negative `int` input in `STNumber` and `STAmount`. The conversion of JSON to `STNumber` or `STAmount` may trigger a condition where we negate smallest possible `int` value, which is undefined behaviour. We use a temporary storage as `int64_t` to avoid this bug. Note that this only affects RPC, because we do not parse JSON in the protocol layer, and hence no amendment is needed.
Per XLS-0095, we are taking steps to rename ripple(d) to xrpl(d).
This change specifically removes all copyright notices referencing Ripple, XRPLF, and certain affiliated contributors upon mutual agreement, so the notice in the LICENSE.md file applies throughout. Copyright notices referencing external contributions remain as-is. Duplicate verbiage is also removed.

C++ include guards are used to prevent the contents of a header file from being included multiple times in a single compilation unit. This change renames all `RIPPLE_` and `RIPPLED_` definitions, primarily include guards, to `XRPL_`. It also provides a script to allow developers to replicate the changes in their local branch or fork to avoid conflicts.

- Implements a vault feature used to store a fungible asset (XRP, IOU, or MPT, but not NFT) and to receive shares in the vault (an MPT) in exchange.
- A vault can be private or public.
- A private vault can use permissioned domains, subject to the `PermissionedDomains` amendment.
- Shares can be exchanged back into asset with `VaultWithdraw`.
- Permissions on the asset in the vault are transitively applied on shares in the vault.
- Issuer of the asset in the vault can clawback with `VaultClawback`.
- Extended `MPTokenIssuance` with `DomainID`, used by the permissioned domain on the vault shares.

The codebase is filled with includes that are unused, and which thus can be removed. At the same time, the files often do not include all headers that contain the definitions used in those files. This change uses clang-format and clang-tidy to clean up the includes, with minor manual intervention to ensure the code compiles on all platforms.
