refactor: Replace !=/== tesSuccess with using isTesSuccess (#6409)

This change replaces all instances of `<variable> != tesSUCCESS` with `!isTesSuccess(<variable>)` and `<variable> == tesSUCCESS` with `isTesSuccess(<variable>)`.
