Merge branch 'pratik/otel-phase8-log-correlation' into pratik/otel-phase9-metric-gap-fill

Resolve conflicts by keeping phase-9's getobject_* metric instrumentation
and applying develop's snake_case namespace rename (#7933) to it:
Resource:: -> resource::, Tuning:: -> tuning::, BuildInfo:: -> build_info::.
