Fix last Liquidity Provider withdrawal:

Browse Source 
Due to the rounding, LPTokenBalance of the last
Liquidity Provider (LP), might not match this LP's
trustline balance. This fix sets LPTokenBalance on
last LP withdrawal to this LP's LPToken trustline
balance.
